Adchimedes ("we", the "Service Provider") operates the applications above (the "Apps"). This policy explains what data the Apps collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
The Apps do not require an account. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The data below is collected automatically by the third-party SDKs the Apps use.

The Advertising ID is not anonymous data. It is a pseudonymous identifier that can be used to recognise a device across apps for advertising purposes, and it is transmitted to Google as described above. You can reset or delete it at any time (see section 8).
Content you enter stays on your device. URLs you open and HTML you paste into the Apps are processed locally by the Android WebView and are never transmitted to us. Opening a URL sends a request to that website, which is governed by that website's own policy. Ad creatives shown in the Apps are delivered directly by the ad networks; we do not separately collect or store their content.
The Apps themselves do not set cookies. Web pages you load inside the Apps, and the third-party ad and analytics SDKs, may use cookies, SDK storage, pixels, or similar technologies. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before non-essential tracking technologies are used.
The Apps show ads through Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland we use Google's User Messaging Platform (a Google-certified consent management platform) to request your consent before personalised ads are requested. If you do not consent, the Apps do not request personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the consent form shown in the Apps.

We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
The providers above may process data on servers outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not operate our own servers or databases for the Apps, so we hold no separate copy of your data.
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell personal information, nor share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense of the CCPA. California residents may exercise access and deletion rights using the contact address above and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
The Apps are developer tools and are not directed to children. They are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age, or under the minimum age required for data-processing consent in your jurisdiction (16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) by the SDKs listed above, and the providers apply their own physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including the nature of the breach and the steps being taken.
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by posting the updated policy with a new effective date, and where required by law we will seek your consent before they take effect.

앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 이름·이메일·전화번호·연락처·사진·정확한 위치를 수집하지 않습니다. 아래 정보는 앱이 사용하는 제3자 SDK 에 의해 자동으로 수집됩니다.

광고 ID 는 익명 정보가 아닙니다. 앱 간 기기를 식별할 수 있는 가명 식별자이며 위와 같이 Google 에 전송됩니다. 언제든 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다(8항 참고).
이용자가 입력한 내용은 기기에 머무릅니다. 앱에 입력한 URL 과 붙여넣은 HTML 은 Android WebView 가 기기에서 처리하며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 URL 을 열면 해당 웹사이트로 요청이 전송되며 이는 그 사이트의 방침을 따릅니다. 앱에 표시되는 광고 소재는 광고 네트워크가 직접 전달하며, 개발자는 그 내용을 별도로 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
앱 자체는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. 앱 안에서 여는 웹페이지와 제3자 광고·분석 SDK 는 쿠키, SDK 저장소, 픽셀 등 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 법령이 요구하는 경우 필수적이지 않은 추적 기술 사용 전에 동의를 받습니다.
앱은 Google AdMob 을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서는 Google 의 User Messaging Platform(Google 인증 동의 관리 플랫폼)을 사용해 맞춤 광고 요청 전에 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱은 맞춤 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 앱 내 동의 양식에서 언제든 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
그 외 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법령상 요구되거나 개발자의 법적 권리를 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
위 제공자들은 이용자의 거주 국가 외부(유럽경제지역 외 포함) 서버에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 표준계약조항(SCC) 등 적절한 보호조치를 근거로 이전됩니다.
개발자는 앱을 위한 자체 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않아 별도 사본을 보유하지 않습니다.
앱은 개발자용 도구이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만(관할 지역에서 데이터 처리 동의에 요구되는 최소 연령, 유럽 일부 지역은 16세) 이용자를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
위 SDK 들은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS/TLS)로 데이터를 전송하며, 각 제공자는 자체적인 물리적·전자적· 관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 완전한 보안을 보장하는 전송·저장 방식은 없습니다.
개인정보 유출이 발생하면 관련 법령에 따라 유출의 성격과 대응 조치를 포함해 이용자와 감독기관에 통지합니다.
본 방침이 변경되면 새 시행일과 함께 게시하여 알립니다. 법령이 요구하는 경우 중요한 변경 전에 동의를 받습니다.
